Someone on another site brought up this interesting bit of historical comparison. In his speech yesterday, the “current occupant of The White House” mentioned that his “patience” was wearing thin with the unvaccinated.
I submit the following video of Joseph Goebbels, the Reich Minister of Propaganda in Nazi Germany. The applicable part of his speech begins at 7 minutes and 42 seconds.

Eine gute Regierung ohne Propaganda kann ebensowenig bestehen wie eine gute Propaganda ohne eine gute Regierung. Beide muessen sich einander ergaenzen.

A good government without propaganda can no more exist than good propaganda without a good government. Each must complement the other.
And when the Jewish newspapers today still believe that, with veiled threats, they can threaten the National Socialist movement, if they believe that they may evade our emergency decrees, they should be mindful of themselves! Because one of these days our patience will come to an end, and then the Jews will have their insolent, lying mouths shut once and for all.
Totalitarians all seem to think and speak alike, whether they want to murder Jews in the 1930’s or the unvaccinated in 2021. And they call us the Fascists?
