If you’ve never seen that photo you might be understandably confused. What is the pile of rubble he is standing on and why does it matter? You see, that’s the Branch Davidian Compound in Waco, Texas after Mr. Chipman and his co-workers at the ATF burned it to the ground and killed most of it’s occupants.
