Enemies of The People

Last updated on March 5, 2023

My mind has been spinning the past 24 hours with everything that happened in Washington D.C. I couldn’t quite decide where to start. One thread finally appeared that ran through everything I’ve been reading. The enemies of the people have finally made themselves known.

We’ve all known that most politicians, media outlets and pundits haven’t been on our side in a very long time. Many of us have considered them the enemy for quite a while. In any conflict though, there is a line between cold and hot, between words and actions. That line is very hard to find.

“America is at that awkward stage. It’s too late to work within the system, but too early to shoot the bastards.”

Claire Wolfe, 101 Things to Do ‘Til the Revolution (1996)

Do I completely approve of what the protesters did at the U.S. Capitol yesterday? No, but why is that? It’s not because I disagree with their sentiments or their righteous anger. It’s because I see it for what it is, an unplanned kinetic action with no logistics to support it and no particular goal. That doesn’t mean it was immoral though.

Yet, if you listen to the virtue signaling coming from every corner of the internet, you’d believe it was the worst thing that had ever happened in this country. I lost track of how many times people claimed that no one had dared defile the seat of our Democracy since the War of 1812. Only…that’s a lie.

6 Other Times People Broke Into the U.S. Capitol

Remember when lefties stormed into and occupied a Senate office building in 2018 and the Wisconsin State Capitol in 2011?

In any of these prior occupations was an unarmed female military veteran shot through the neck for climbing through a window? You guessed it, nope.

Let’s look at the double standards of our elected leaders and career government employees. I’ll start with Bill Barr who just recently stepped down as Attorney General.

Former Attorney General Barr calls Trumps conduct ‘betrayal of his office’

This, coming from the guy who authorized the actions at Ruby Ridge in his previous job as…Attorney General under George H.W. Bush? Yup, that’s right. This scumbag has been plying his trade in Washington D.C. so long he has been Attorney General under two Presidents nearly 30 years apart. Bill Barr is the definition of the Deep State. Remind me again why Trump nominated him? Talk about inviting a wolf into the fold.

Bill Barr Needs To Answer For His Role In Ruby Ridge

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is such an easy target, but why the hell not?

“I believe injustice is a threat to the safety of all people. Because once you have a group that is marginalized and marginalized and marginalized…once someone doesn’t have access to clean water, they have no choice but to riot.”

“To folks who complain protest demands make others uncomfortable… that’s the point.”

-Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (2019)

Was barricaded in for several hours. I’ll tell y’all about it later. For now, we must focus on task at hand: to preserve the integrity of our democracy, hold accountable those responsible for their attempts to subvert our nation’s elections and shred our Constitution apart.

-Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (2021)

Sounds like she was “uncomfortable”. How horrible for her. Next up, our new Vice President!

“They’re not going to stop. They’re not going to stop. This is a movement, I’m telling you. They’re not gonna stop. And everyone beware because they’re not gonna stop. They’re not gonna stop before Election Day and they’re not going to stop after Election Day. And everyone should take note of that. They’re not gonna let up and they should not.”

Kamala Harris (June 2020)(referring to the George Floyd riots)

“We have witnessed two systems of justice: one that let extremists storm the U.S. Capitol yesterday, and another that released tear gas on peaceful protestors last summer. It’s simply unacceptable.”

Kamala Harris (2021)

I’ve got to sidetrack for a moment and talk about the “two systems of justice” referenced in the above quote. I’m reminded of a line from The Princess Bride.

There certainly ARE two systems of justice, but they don’t work the way Kamala thinks they do. Here is another recent article on this from the Associated Press.

Double standard on race plays out in response to U.S. Capitol insurrection vs. Black Lives Matter protests

This article is so filled with lies it’s hard to know where to start. In the very first paragraph, they compare all the BLM protests during 2020 with a single protest by us. They also repeat the “largely peaceful” nonsense that has become a staple of every article on this subject. You wanna know which protests are largely peaceful and which aren’t? Go to both and compare. See for yourself. I have.

Vox is yet another easy target, but this one is so tasty I have to use it. Two different articles by the exact same author. One in 2015, one in 2021.

Their hypocrisy truly knows no bounds. Here are a few more from the MSM.

Are you getting the point yet? These three groups hate you with an ever-burning passion. They will lie, cheat, steal, burn, loot and murder to get what they want. They’re coming for you. They’re coming for your businesses, families and friends. When the hell are you going to wake up and do something about it?

“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?… The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin’s thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If…if…We didn’t love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation…. We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.”
