Despite claiming that he had directed the Portland Police to “use all lawful means to end the illegal occupation”, Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler has now made a “deal” with former owners of the “Red House” and those who have illegally occupied the neighborhood.
Mayor Wheeler’s talk sounded too good to be true, and it was. He has now negotiated with those who are, in effect, terrorists, even stooping so low to publicly apologize to the family for threats they have received. Just when you think Portland can’t stoop any lower…
